I was charged for a subscription I don’t remember signing up for.
Every purchase includes an optional trial subscription to our PureCut Collective, which is activated should you keep it a part of your order. After the 30-day trial, the subscription renews monthly at $29.99.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for active billing cycles. However, we can cancel your PureCut Collective membership to prevent any future charges. You will continue to have access to all member benefits through the end of the current billing period.
