I Didn’t Mean to Place This Order — Can I Cancel It?

To request a cancellation and further assistance, please contact our 24/7 email support team at support@purecut.co within 24 hours of your purchase and provide all of the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Email address or phone number used at checkout
- Email address used for the purchase
🔹 Important Notes:
Orders can only be cancelled if they haven’t yet been fulfilled.
If any required information is missing or if the request comes after fulfillment, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order.
Duplicate orders and orders that include only digital products (such as the Pure Cut Collective or Lifetime Warranty) are eligible for refunds.
We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to increase the chance of successful cancellation.
