I Want to Cancel My Order
We understand that sometimes orders are placed unintentionally — we’re here to help!
If you'd like to cancel your order, email or contact our 24/7 email support team at support@purecut.co with within 24 hours of your purchase and include all of the following details:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Email address or phone number used at checkout
- Reason for cancellation
🔹 Important Notes:
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been fulfilled.
If any required information is missing, or if your order has already been processed, we may be unable to cancel or refund it.
Duplicate orders and orders containing only digital products (such as Pure Cut Collective or Lifetime Warranty) are eligible for refunds.
To maximize the chance of cancellation, please reach out as soon as possible.
